Dan & Kathi McIntire arrived in Papua New Guinea for the first time 20 years ago. They are currently one of the longest serving missionaries with NTMA (New Tribes Mission Aviation)
With the help of Dan & Kathi the Lord has been building His church. When they went to Papua New Guinea NTM-PNG (New Tribes Mission-Papua New Guinea) there was one tribe that had a functioning church with no missionaries involved. Now they have at least 10 more such works, with a number that are in the final stages before the missionary steps back and allows the church to function on its own with its own leadership and outreach. They have seen the Lord doing His work!!
Continue to pray for Dan & Kathi as they are now back in the US for Home Assignment.

ABOUT PAPUA NEW GUINEA
Papua Niugini (PNG), officially the Independent State of Papua New Guinea is a country in Oceania, occupying the eastern half of the island of New Guinea and numerous offshore islands. The western portion of the island is a part of the Indonesian provinces of Papua and West Papua.
Papua New Guinea is one of the most diverse countries on Earth, with over 850 indigenous languages and at least as many traditional societies, out of a population of just under 7 million. It is also one of the most rural with only 18% of its people living in urbancentres. The country is one of the world's least explored, culturally and geographically. Many undiscovered species of plants and animans are thought to exist in the interior.
ABOUT NEW TRIBES MISSIONS (NTM)
MORE THAN 1,500 NTM (New Tribe Missions) MISSIONARIES SERVE AROUND THE WORLD, in remote places where there are no churches, or even work being done to establish one. Working in the context of tribal cultures and languages, missionaries bring God's Word to those isolated from the Gospel, planting churches where Christ is not yet named.
